LEVELS: From Beginner through Professional for ages 
7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, and Adult.*

Workout - Developing strength and opening the body to deepening levels of flexibility through a sequence of postures which unfold into each other and are linked by flowing movement. Control and lightness in the body are further rewards for practice, along with balance. The skills that are gained are essential to confidence in any performing art.
